Exchange/Return for Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for an exchange or return.
  • You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photos or videos of the damaged product for verification.
  • Once approved we will complete the replacement in 5 days
  • Any approved refunds we will process within 2-3 days and it will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

No Exchange or Return Policy Applies To

  • Baby Products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, no returns or exchanges are accepted on baby-related items unless they are damaged upon arrival.
  • Bras/Lingerie
For hygiene reasons, bras and intimate wear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customized Products
Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

General Conditions

  • Products must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must have all tags intact (unless damaged)
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
